This is your ultimate holiday retreat, fully equipped kitchen which includes a cafe quality coffee machine, Books and games and comfortable seating for soaking in this unique and art filled home. Two upstairs bedrooms with incredible views, each with an ensuite bathroom. Outdoor beanbag and dining. Very steep stone and concrete steps provide direct access to the sea, where kayaks are available to glide over the stingrays in the bay. Easy access to the sea from the bay a short 2min drive away. Ample off road parking just 15 minutes drive from Picton and 30 mins drive from wineries of Marlborough.
