Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the apartment blends vintage-inspired, quality furniture with modern amenities, creating a nostalgic feel that remains fresh and timeless. Ideally suited to families, couples, business travellers, or longer stays.

Living & Dining:
Unwind in the open-plan lounge with a comfortable 3 seater couch, two occasional chairs, Smart TV and ultra fast Wi-Fi. The space flows seamlessly into a welcoming and sunny dining area with 4 seater dining table.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for easy, home-cooked meals. A Nespresso machine and a selection of teas, including pantry staples are provided. Families travelling with children will also find children’s dinnerware available.

Bedrooms:
Two tranquil bedrooms with quality linen and additional blankets. Each bedroom can be configured as a Super King or two singles to suit your needs. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite. A portacot is also available for guests travelling with infants.

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms with contemporary tiling and glass showers. Complimentary luxury toiletries by Ashley & Co are provided and include handwash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Guests are welcome to make complimentary use of two Specialized cruiser bikes, a selection of board games, and a small library of books. Tresco has been part of our family's story for many years, originally operating as a traditional bed and breakfast before being thoughtfully reimagined as boutique apartment accommodation.

The property itself is a historic 1927 Californian bungalow that has evolved over time while retaining much of its original character and charm. Continuing its legacy of welcoming visitors has been a rewarding journey, and we take great pride in sharing both the property and our region with guests from around New Zealand and around the world.

As hosts, we enjoy helping guests discover the best of Marlborough, from world-class wineries and local restaurants to scenic walks, cycling trails, and hidden local gems. We believe the little details make all the difference and aim to create a stay that feels warm, comfortable, and genuinely memorable.
