About this property

The fenced area exudes a touch of romance. The garden impresses with several, spatially separated areas and offers plenty of space for quiet moments. A pergola with barbecue area is just as much a part of it as a heated pool with a covered pergola with garden furniture. The in-house parking lot for 2 cars offers additional security.
The house has a total of more than 200 m² of living space on 3 floors and offers enough space for 2 families (max. 8 people). The equipment is very high quality and was chosen by the owner himself.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a subsequent dining area. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite reception (FRG; AT; SK, CZ). In addition to a toilet, there is also a tastefully decorated bathroom on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and an extra toilet. In the 2nd Upstairs there are 2 children's rooms with 2 single beds each. WLAN with Internet is available for guests.

We would like to thank Peter and his wife for our wonderful holiday.

The Cottage was very cozy, clean and comfortable for our families. Our 1 year son was very happy to run around the first floor. The older children all the time spent in their rooms upstairs. The fireplace, kitchen, sauna... everything was great. We would to say thank you especially for Peter’s wife design of all rooms, bathroom and the great thanks for a Christmas tree and decorations. If we have an opportunity on the future we will choose this cottage again

Heerlijk ontspannen in alle luxe.

Het huis was schoon, ruim, gezellig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin prachtig met verschillende zitjes, eigen zwembad, en helemaal omheind, ideaal voor onze hond.

Perfect holiday

renewed and really perfect equiped house, clean, beautiful location, basin available also for children - I recommend rent this to all people (but not disable), hope we will return back again :)

Super onderhouden. Ontbreekt aan niets.

Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad in de Rose Cottage. Het huis is erg goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien (vaatwasser, koffieapparaat voor bonenkoffie, meerdere televisies). Grootste pluspunt is de tuin met het zoutwaterzwembad. De siertuin is schitterend aangelegd en beschikt over meerdere (overdekte) terrassen. Het zwembad heeft mooi ruime afmetingen en is vrij diep (schat 140cm). De ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn ook super! Al met al is deze woning zeker een aanrader.
