The property features a front covered porch, rear screened porch, and a lushly landscaped yard with a picket fence with lavish pool right out back. Very clean! A VERY short walk to private uncrowded Frangista beach (4 minutes and your toes are in the famous Emerald Waters) with the uncrowded neighborhood pool directly behind home. You can sit on screened porch and watch the kids swim in the luxurious large pool. This charming cottage has 11 ft ceilings and all driftwood tile floors (no carpet). The owner is an interior/kitchen and bath designer and has left nothing unattended - you will be pleasantly surprised by the tasteful vintage decor. Colors are soft and relaxing and no detail has been overlooked including high quality bedding. You will be charmed by the iron beds, cotton quilts and vintage linen fabrics. There is a large LCD TV with surround sound in the gathering room and 3 flat screens in bedrooms as well as DVD in living room. There is a luxury king bed in the master (guests rave), a king in bedroom 2 and queen in the other bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa (new in 2019) and a queen air mattress with integrated air inflation.

You will feel as if you are staying at a Five Star Luxury Bed and Breakfast. The master suite, named La Jardin Suite (the garden suite) has soft pistachio green walls, hydrangea wreath, garden statuary, wrought iron accents, and beautiful art and accessories. It is refreshing and relaxing and perfect in every detail. The secondary suite, named La Petite Suite, is decorated with a Country French cotton quilt and bedding, black iron bed and black distressed furnishings. Beautiful original oils and limited edition prints complete the pleasing ambience of this room.

The kitchen is fully equipped so if you prefer to donning your apron instead of waiting in line at a restaurant, everything you need is there including stainless appliances, a new LG induction range, a new Bosch dishwasher, Bosch side by side fridge with ice and water in the door and and refrigerated filtered water at the sink.

The gathering room is something out of a magazine with it's slip-covered furniture, original oils and vintage touches. The large oval table in a distressed red finish will seat 3-4 plus 5 at the kitchen island.

The walk to the beach is about 200 yards (very very short). Your toes will touch the beautiful white sands of the Gulf in minutes. You cross Scenic 98 which is not busy. It also has speed bumps all along the road and at the private beach access. We are confident if you stay once, you will return, making 'As Good As It Gets' your Florida beach tradition.

Complimentary beach service (two beach chairs and one umbrella) is provided March 1st through November 30th. Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas or use the additional beach chairs & umbrellas that are provided in the home. No tents or canopies allowed per HOA.

This property offers parking for up to three vehicles depending on size. Offsite parking is available for a fee at nearby locations. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

PET FEE IS $300 PLUS TAX. A MAXIMUM OF 2 *ADULT* DOGS ALLOWED – EACH 25LBS OR LESS. Inquire about larger dogs.
