The entrance is on the ground floor, but the balcony on the east side is on the 1st.
This charming modern accommodation is ideal for a family holiday 1 couple and 2 children.
With its view of the garden, facing east, you will enjoy this large terrace for your meals and moments of relaxation.
Comfortable, it consists of an entrance serving on the east side 1 beautiful living room with sofa bed and TV opening onto a large terrace and fully equipped open kitchen with a large fridge, 1 bedroom with a 160 bed giving access to the terrace, a second bedroom with window, and a trundle bed with 2 mattresses that can be upgraded to make a 160 bed, a laundry room with washing machine, a shower room, a separate toilet.
Household linen, cleaning service and tourist tax are not included in the price.
Rented with underground parking.
