Come and stay in this great place with lots of room for fun. It is close to St. Vital Mall and Downtown, 25 minutes away. The home is equipped with brand-new furnishings and modern amenities to ensure your comfort. Open-concept living space with a large custom kitchen, set in a fresh and secure environment. This is a stay you won’t regret. Welcome to our place!
This newly built 1508-square-foot home comes with all the amenities needed to ensure your stay meets your expectations. The two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor of my 2-story house. There's a third bedroom located on the second floor as well that's not accessible.
The living room opens to a cozy dining room and the kitchen. The living room has ample seating and a flat-screen TV to watch Netflix. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric cooktop, convection oven, lots of countertop space, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, cookware and a large stainless steel fridge.
The two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor of the 2-story house. There's a third bedroom located on the second floor as well that's not accessible.
