About this property

Muskoka Lakes Cottage with huge dock. Southwest & sunset view

Charming updated lakefront cottage and huge swimming dock on Lake Muskoka. Shallow water and sandy bottom at side of dock (great for kids) with deeper water at front of dock. Sand pile and sand and dock toys. Large master bedroom facing the lake with a queen bed, wicker chair and crib. Second bedroom has two single beds. Living room, dining room and kitchen open area. Lovely stone fireplace but not usable for fires. Screened in porch facing the lake. BBQ included. No smoking, no pets, no events and no indoor and outdoor fires.

Taxes extra. Damage protection deposit of $500 required upfront.
