The Space:
This bright 56sqm waterfront loft is designed for both comfort and style, with a unique split-level layout ideal for a short or long-term stay. The open-plan living area features high ceilings and large windows overlooking the harbour. Relax on the sofa with a huge smart TV (Netflix-ready) and unlimited Wi-Fi, or enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar. The full kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the cooking essentials. Upstairs, the mezzanine bedroom offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, greenery wrapping around the edge for a fresh, relaxing vibe. Downstairs, you’ll find a freshly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment in Quay Regency. This is a self check in property, so services like front desk check-in, room service or luggage storage aren’t available.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:
* We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
* As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.

SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:
* Key pick up place is at 77 Convenience Store (10B/148 Quay Street), collect the keys from the lockbox hung on the front door handle, available 24/7. It' just around the corner, about 59 m or 1 minute walk from the apartment.

*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest. Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean. For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.
*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.
*Our latest check-out time is 10am.

We'll give guests space, we're not living onsite, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office (72C Wyndham St) for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-5pm NZ time. Outside of business hour, please allow a few hours to response to any inquires.
