Totally unsuited both in location and service. The house is located on a traffic light controlled T intersection on the highway between Adelaide and Melbourne where the traffic in particular trucks never stops. The owner/agent refused to provide an additional blanket or advise the WiFi code stating that it had been sent to my Stayz inbox.The house has been updated but not well as the bedroom windows facing the highway were not double glazed.

A bit of of noise from the road, but great value for the property. Not far from other amenities. Washing machine, but no dryer that I could see. I would have liked TVs in the bedroom but not a deal breaker. Plenty of room and a good kitchen set up. Water pressure could be better, but plenty of hot water. Very good central heating system. Communication was good with the host. Have booked again for next week, so very happy to go back. A very good bang for your buck deal. Both stays are for work but would stay here again for a holiday break.

Amanda was very helpful when Chris could not be reached. The house was spacious and well located. Bathrooms were spacious and provided the basic amenities.

There were many good points about the accommodation, but also quite a few not so good. The location allowed us to park the car and walk everywhere, being close to eateries and town centre. But the location was right at an intersection on an extremely busy road with many trucks. We chose the back bedroom to sleep and I suggest earplugs for the front bedrooms unless traffic noise does not worry you. The traffic noise was still loud at the back of the house . So be warned. The floor surface was good but slopped this way and that , again a point to consider depending on your circumstances. The heating worked really well and the kitchen itself was very serviceable. Cooking pots, pans and utensils need a serious overhaul. There were some maintenance issues that need to be attended to but hopefully the hosts will address these after we let them know.Nice big space in living area, but the lounge was only able to be used if you sat on a cushion otherwise the springs were very annoying, not comfortable at all!! We did not receive instructions on how to access keys as indicated by email at all, even after I messaged the night before we were to leave. I actually had to call the host, who was very apologetic and messaged directly.

Large rooms. Fans on when we arrived. Front light on when we arrived. Clean rooms. Would be nice to have a phone number or an email address so that if we needed something we could contact them. Dining room window is unable to be locked - was unlocked when we arrived. Lounge suite needs replacing - springs stuck into our buttes and neither recliner chair could recline.

The property as shown on the map is not correct and is actually located on a T intersection of the two major highway and as such there is continual heavy vehicle movements 24/7. While there is double glazing on the front two rooms the sound permeates the whole house so is largely ineffectual. The property also shares two exterior walls with a retail outlet that has a nursery. The rear bedroom privacy is compromised by this with black shade cloth covering the window. The blind has to be drawn at all time as people in the nursery can look into the room. The kitchen and living space are also compromised due to the exterior wall sharing with the nursery. Black shade cloth on these windows and plants placed at the wall restrict light access and privacy.There is only one exit (the front door) as all others are locked. One smoke detector at the front house with none in the kitchen area.
