A 1960s themed house nestled on a large beautiful landscaped section. While it's private and quiet, it's only 500m from the Waihi beach village and 750m from the beach. 3 bedrooms: spacious master with Queen bed, ensuite and reading room, others one with Queen bed and one with bunks. The large deck is filled with all day sun and offers vast elevated view. Lock up garage for your beach toys and plenty of off street parking. There's a fireplace and 2 air-conditioners for your comfort all year.
