The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lock all doors, return all keys (including lcok for beach shower) to key box, exit through the front door with key pad and lock.
Return all kayaks and paddleboards to their place. Lower umbrellas. Log out of your viewing apps. Make sure all gate are closed when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

About the host

Rob grew up in Qualicum Beach. When our son was 7 we started vactioning here every summer. He is now 18 and we just bought this spot. We plan to retire here one day. We currently work in Vancouver. But we get to the Island as often as we can.
Why they chose this property
This is an oceanside property. That pretty much says it all. Getting to know the tides, the herons that perch on the rocks on the beach, is wonderful. At sunset, on high tide we take the paddleboards to our private raft (althought the locals do use is when we are not on it) and we watch the sunset. It is an amazing location.
What makes this property unique
This is fully licenced. It is a whole house with a fenced yard and electic gated driveway.
