Located in the prestigious Metropolis building, this beautifully presented 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers views of the harbour, Auckland City, and the iconic Sky Tower.

The apartment complex has an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, gym and sauna.

You can expect professionally-laundered, hotel-quality linen for the highest level of hygiene.

There are an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars within just a few minutes walk. Queen Street is only 2 minutes walk, and the Britomart Transport Centre and Ferry Terminal are only 5 minutes walk.

Whether you're in town for business, a weekend escape, or exploring everything Auckland has to offer, this modern apartment has you covered.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both the main bathroom, and ensuite bathroom have a bath, shower and toilet.

Room Configuration

Bedroom 1: 1 x Super King Bed (This bed can be split into 2x King-Singles)

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed

Living Area: 1x King-Single

**If you require the Super-King bed in the master bedroom to be split into 2x King-Singles, you must let us know at least 5 days prior to arrival.

Important - As the Metropolis does not have a key-collection service, you will need to collect the key from a lock-box at a designated space which is approx 800 meters away. Upon departure the key can be left in the apartment (if you are not using the car-park provided). If using the car-park you will require the key to exit the car-park , and will then need to return the key to the apartment.


House Rules and Information

Parking: 1x free parking space included in the nightly rate. There are additional paid-parking buildings very close by if you have more than 1 vehicle.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
