This is a very solid and well-built property, located on a 1,408 m² plot in a safe location. Upon entering the house, there is an entrance hall that provides access to a powder room, living rooms below, and, in front, the dining room. Both living rooms have fireplaces, are well-ventilated and illuminated thanks to tempered glass windows; one has a TV and the other has a well-equipped English bar, ideal for entertaining friends, in addition to a games table next to the fireplace. Both living rooms have family-sized sofas, very comfortable to ensure that you and your family can rest and relax! The dining room was designed to provide a unique and pleasant moment for gathering families, friends, and romantic dinners, as it integrates with a beautiful winter garden with natural lighting, creating an extremely cosy atmosphere! The kitchen design is modern and efficient, with an American style and granite worktop that separates the dining area and makes it functional. It also has a pantry and service area. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, with two shared bathrooms in the hallway. Both bathrooms are equipped with a sink and bidet; in addition, there are two additional sinks located in the hallway next to each bathroom, providing more convenience. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other three bedrooms have two single beds each, totaling 6 single beds. On the third floor is the master suite with a bathtub, bidet, two double sinks, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony. Finally, on the fourth floor, there is a comfortable office, a space available for guests to enjoy in peace, equipped with a TV and a large sofa that wraps around part of the office, as well as an upper deck with an incredible panoramic view. Outside the property, we have a suite available for our guests that may be attractive for those seeking privacy and with independent access. We have a small house where our caretakers, Daniela and Fabio, live. They work with great love and care to ensure everything is perfect for our guests. They also offer additional domestic services, which can be hired separately if guests want a personalised stay. On the property, we have two beautiful pets, Ruby and Catch, a pair of trained and very protective German Shepherds. Although they are loving and docile with those they are close to, they are guard dogs and provide us with a lot of security. During the guests' stay, they stay in the kennel to ensure everyone's peace of mind. When guests are not present, we let them out to explore the garden. It's important to always be in contact with the caretakers so that everything goes as smoothly as possible. We accept pets on the premises, with a minimum stay of 6 days and extra fees. It is important to check with us beforehand to guarantee availability and discuss any additional details.
