Be quiet aft 10pm, Party, pets, backyard BBQ, fireworks and eating in bdroom are not allowed. NEVER connect other electrical appliances when the movable heater is on!
Extra bath towels will be charged $5/pc.
The camera in the backyard is required by our insurance company and any tampering may end with immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
