This distinguished residence features 2 driveways with ample parking. Original character and charm preserved with a foyer, living room, dining room and kitchen with modern amenities and gas range. The main floor has a 2 piece bath and laundry. Upstairs, a landing with 3 bedrooms furnished with antiques and a main 4 piece updated bath featuring high height toilet and lighted magnified make up mirror. A back deck offers a fenced dog run, also a front 3 season porch and a veranda. The grounds offer beautiful landscaping, patio area with fire bowl and BBQ for outdoor gathering and relaxation. 10 speed bikes to go to the beach or trails. Bocce, ring toss, horse shoes, ball toss, and a bonfire area for family entertainment. Restaurants. Shopping, Concerts. Beaches, Birdwatching, Dunes. History. Be as busy or as relaxed as you choose.
