The Space:

This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa in the exclusive Cabo del Sol community sleeps up to 12 guests and sits alongside one of Cabo's best seaside golf courses with sweeping Sea of Cortez views. The single best reason to book? Daily chef-prepared breakfast is included, plus daily housekeeping (except Sundays) so you can focus entirely on your vacation.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All five bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, and there's an extra half bath for convenience.

The covered outdoor dining area, bar, and gas BBQ make it easy to spend entire days outside. Lounge seating spreads across the deck, so there's room for everyone to relax, play games, and take in the views.

- The villa is just a 10-minute drive from downtown Cabo and the marina, and 20 minutes south of San Jose del Cabo.

- Chef prepared breakfast is included daily, though you cover grocery costs plus a 10% shopping fee.

- Optional add-on services via the concierge — including villa pre-stocking, private transportation, activities and excursions, golf tee times, fishing boat/yacht rentals, babysitting services, beach attendant, chef, butler, bartender, and in-house spa treatments — are available for an additional fee with advance notice.

- The property is a single-level home with a private entrance and fully fenced backyard, great for families traveling with young children.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and all its grand amenities. Casa Naah Payil is located in Cabo del Sol, a very exclusive private community within one of the best golf courses and a clubhouse with the best Sunday brunch in Cabo. Previous reservations are recommended.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a serene setting adjacent to a stunning seaside golf course with tranquil and luxurious surroundings and views. Enjoy nearby fine dining, local shops, and the allure of ocean views and breathtaking sunsets right from your villa, and still be just a 10-minute drive from downtown Cabo and local attractions like the iconic El Arco rock formation. Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 26 miles | 42 km away. Driving times to the Cabo San Lucas area vary based on traffic and time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the chef is only included for breakfast. Grocery costs are not included, and there’s a +10% of the total bill shopping service fee.



Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the reservation platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.



We kindly ask all of our guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- If you hire any external providers, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge will meet you at the property to check you in, provide you with keys, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. We kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
