The first is a charming farmer’s mudroom, designed for convenience and comfort. It includes a washer and dryer, laundry sink, boot trays, a spacious closet, and direct access to a full bathroom (Bathroom 1 - tub/shower), as well as the kitchen.

Kitchen

Cook and gather in the heart of the home—a stunning modern farmhouse kitchen. This large, light-filled space features granite countertops, solid hardwood floors and cabinetry, a large farmer’s double sink, and an 8-foot island with a second prep sink. You’ll find all new appliances, including a range with double ovens, a dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, and a wine cooler.

Fully stocked for home chefs, the kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and small appliances like an electric kettle, drip coffee machine, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, blender, slow cooker, Instant Pot, and food processor.

We also provide a limited supply of staples for your convenience: salt, pepper, spices, oil, sugar, coffee, and tea.

Enjoy casual meals at the large in-kitchen dining table in front of the cozy stone fireplace—or gather in the adjacent formal dining room for more elegant occasions.

Great Room

The second entrance opens into the grand palace-inspired great room, where magic and comfort meet. A soaring 16-foot stone fireplace wall, arched windows and passageways, and warm hardwood floors set the stage. A staircase winds up to the whimsical hobbit door.
Furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and cozy pieces, this spectacular room invites you to relax, entertain, and lounge in awe of the space. It feels like a cross between a European castle and a whimsical cottage—elegant, magical, and full of charm.

Main Floor Bedrooms

Follow the stone wall down the hallway to find four main-level bedrooms and a bathroom (Bathroom 2 - shower no tub):
Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite: Features a king bed, private ensuite (Bathroom 3) with a full bath/shower combo, and access to a covered private porch—perfect for morning coffee or quiet evening relaxation
Bedroom 2 – Nursery: includes a crib and a queen futon bed
Bedroom 3: Furnished with bunk beds
Bedroom 4: Offers a double futon bed

UPPER LEVEL - THE EPIC ATTIC

Up the whimsical staircase from the great room, a charming hobbit door opens into a magical attic retreat. Spanning the full 70-foot length of the house, this cozy, low-ceilinged space features vintage trunks and two child-sized Lazyboy recliners—perfect for imaginative play. It’s an ideal indoor playroom for young children and can also serve as a fun sleepover spot if you bring your own sleeping mats and sleeping bags. (unfortunately the attic is sparsely furnished - bring your own toys)

Also on this level is the Den (Bedroom 5), a quiet, tucked-away room furnished with a large desk and a queen-size futon—great for extra guests or a peaceful reading nook

LOWER LEVEL - THE STUDIO

Head downstairs from the kitchen and discover a massive 70-foot-long games room—a hidden gem for family fun and relaxation. With soaring 10-foot ceilings and an open, industrial loft feel, this versatile space offers endless entertainment. Enjoy air hockey, ping pong, foosball, and gymnastic mats—perfect for rainy days, energetic kids, or a little friendly competition. It’s the ultimate hangout zone for guests of all ages.

Just off the games room, you’ll find a full bathroom (Bathroom 4) featuring a deep clawfoot soaker tub with a shower—ideal for relaxing after a fun-filled day. Three comfortable bedrooms are also on this level:
