The pictures look lovely but when you get in, you see that all the furniture is the cheapest possible option. The bed was terrible - the mattress was like sleeping on a box spring. The "couch" is a futon with another terrible mattress. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting and hasn't been cleaned. The countertops are covered in plastic - I've never seen this before. There were no dishcloths, only 1 towel per guest, no hand towels, no facecloths. the fan in the bathroom wouldn't shut off so there was constant noise.As well, I had a change of plans within 24 hours of booking and had asked to amend my booking to accommodate this change. They said they wouldn't and wouldn't give a refund. I can see why they have that policy. After staying one night, if I would have been able to get a refund and stay somewhere else, I would have.Overall - uncomfortable and cheap.

First, when checked on during their stay, our guest confirmed that everything was fine — no concerns were raised at any point during the visit. We were genuinely surprised to receive this review after checkout. Second, this reservation was made within a time-sensitive window that qualified for a promotional discounted rate, with a clearly stated no-refund policy displayed on the booking page at the time of confirmation. Guests are required to acknowledge and agree to this policy before their booking is accepted. Upon the refund request, we promptly consulted with Vrbo, who confirmed that no refund was applicable. The guest was notified of this outcome well before their check-in date. Third, our property is accurately represented in our listing photos and description. The furniture, bedding, and amenities are exactly as shown and described. The counter covering is a deliberate and practical feature for easy cleaning and surface protection, which we are transparent about. Finally, we do acknowledge the bathroom vent had some dust — this has since been cleaned and we appreciate that specific feedback. However, we respectfully disagree with the overall characterization of our property. We have welcomed many happy guests and invite future visitors to read our other reviews. We wish this guest well.
