Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 102 is a SILVER rated Corner two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 102 offers a full size, fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in one bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 102 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front Desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 102 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Property itself is in a beautiful location. So close to the beach. Unit we were in was nice but looks like a lot of repairs need to be done. The layout of the unit was very odd but worked for us. Pool area was nice but in the afternoon these little black bugs appeared which was annoying. No fault of the property, just nature.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For years we have stayed next door, but it was still down from hurricane, so we were moved to Sand Dollar. This year was particularly special as we were celebrating my Mom's 90 birthday and had multiple family members of different ages with us (we rented more than one condo in the building) although none were small children. Our unit was nice and very spacious. Needs a few bathroom fixes. The building needs more than one elevator. The rules are a little over the top with signs everywhere! Property management from JC is always so incredibly friendly! However, one woman at desk was very rude (especially at check out) and should probably find a different job. Considering all things we would stay there again and recommend it to others!
