We were only there for one night stay did not need any activities. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Only thing was the lateness of check-in. We called to ask if we could check-in earlier otherwise we had a 4 hour wait. The property manager was very obliging so we could go to apartment earlier.

Modern accommodation without much character, the access card didn't work, the only accommodation in my life that required online check-in beforehand, furniture very dirty, there was even blood on the sofa! The rest of the flat was clean, though. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, no washing machine or dishwasher.

Online check-in is a standard requirement for our stays and is in place for verification and compliance. If an access card doesn’t work on arrival, that needs to be reported immediately so we can reissue/reset access without delay, in line with our requirement that issues are raised on the day they occur so we can rectify them during the stay.
The claim of blood on the sofa is a serious cleanliness concern and is not an acceptable standard. This is precisely the type of matter that must be reported straight away so it can be inspected and addressed urgently while you are in-house.
Regarding the kitchen and appliances, the presence or absence of items such as a washing machine or dishwasher is determined by the amenities advertised on the listing at the time of booking. If those features are essential, we recommend selecting a property that explicitly includes them.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

Why they chose this property
At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.
Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
