Luxury 5 Star Waterfront 4300 sq.ft. Private Village home!

"Magnolia On Water's Edge" is a gorgeous waterfront, very private home, overlooking Palmetto Bluff's Inland Waterway. With new owners, and their new renovations, it's a fantastic 4+ bedroom, spacious, light-filled home in the Village area of Palmetto Bluff. 14 Parkman is truly a special place to spend a memorable vacation or gather with family for a special event. 14 Parkman is one of the largest properties in Wilson Village. The home sleeps 8 in its 4 ensuites; 2 king ensuites on the first floor of the main house and 2 queen ensuites in the 1 story Cottage. The Cottage is connected to the main house by a short breezeway. The home can sleep 10 if the daybed, with trundle, is used in the loft/den on the second floor over looking the living room.( Not suitable for small "climbing" children.) Older kids love sleeping in the loft!

The home boasts a beautifully renovated kitchen with a new Wolf cooktop and dual GE WiFi enabled ovens. It has a Pure Water Filter System too!
The Master Ensuite1, overlooking the water, features a gas fireplace and a newly designed dolomite & marble bathroom with a a large Kohler soaking tub and walk-in shower. The 10 foot high shower has 3 choices of shower heads controlled by a Kohler Digital Control. (The shower opening is 32 inches wide for service wheelchair access if needed. There are no hand rails or grab bars.) There is an extra wide dolomite shower seat attached to the wall so you can sit and enjoy the rain shower!

There is great privacy separation between all bedrooms. The 2 master king ensuites are each at separate ends of the main house. The Cottage queen ensuites provide good separation too.

All of the ensuites have what you would find in any luxury hotel: Fine luxury towels and bed linens, top of the line mattresses, micro plush robes, hairdryers, & organic toiletries and more.

The front porch, with its "h'aint blue" ceiling, is the place to be for evening "porching,' whereas the wrap-around back veranda provides privacy from the Village. The back veranda has a gas fireplace, dining area, several seating areas, one with a "oh so relaxing" low country daybed swing. All overlook the water.

Now for the extra pizzaz... the Media Room is surrounded by classic movie posters and comfortable seating!! It is equipped with a new Sony 4K Digital/laser projector with a huge screen and a cinema sound system.Get the popcorn ready!
The loft/den area, located on the second floor overlooking the 2 story living room, is a favorite of kids and adults. It has a Smart TV, desk area, great for home office or home schooling, or writing a best seller! It also has a daybed sofa with a trundle. It can sleep 2. ( Not suitable for "climbing" children.)
Looking out from the front porch to 14 Parkman's newly landscape front yard, with very large, old magnolias, palm, and oak trees, camellias, sago palms and you will find a brand new complimentary Club Car golf cart, 4 adult bikes. One of our bikes is an adult tricycle which is great for seniors or anyone who needs some more stability when riding. Children's bikes, of all sizes, and tag-a-longs are available for rent from Outside Palmetto Bluff.
Right beside the newly remodeled kitchen is the 2 story living room, with its large brick fireplace and wonderful light. The living room is a grand, relaxing gathering place. It too has views of the water.

Business meetings held in 14 Parkman have gotten great reviews. The Media Room works well for presentations and group discussions. There are enough separate spaces for breakout sessions too. The central kitchen does well for catering setups. Its a good place for Forum Retreats also!

Staying in "Magnolia on Water's Edge", 14 Parkman, will give you, your family, friends, and colleagues exceptional comfort and relaxation with high end furnishings, decor, media availability and so many extras that will make your stay, event or meeting in Palmetto Bluff truly wonderfull! “C'mon down” to enjoy a slower paced, Southern way of life!

Beautiful home and amazing location!
The homeowner was wonderful to work with and the house was beautiful. It had everything you could possibly need including incredible views of the water to enjoy while you drink coffee or wine on the porch. Very convenient to everything and in great condition. Would highly recommend for large families with children.

Fabulous home and destination
This house could not have been more perfect for our adult family. The interior was beautiful, kitchen fully equipped, and bedrooms comfortable and plush. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The wrap around rear deck had lots of comfy seating and fans to help on hot, humid days. And the river and vegetation created the perfect environment for relaxation with morning coffee or afternoon wine. We also enjoyed the state-of-the-art movie theater. The house provided the perfect atmosphere for re-connecting a busy family.

We had a wonderful trip to Palmetto Bluff. The house was beautiful and quite large. It is a perfect house for a family of five with older children because everyone has their own space. The children especially liked the large screen television. Perfect for watching the Olympics!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout was perfect for us, with the separate house allowing our grandson and family to sleep separately. We loved the movie room. Only wish we could've stayed longer.

We are from Pittsburgh, PA and are extremely fortunate to be able to call Palmetto Bluff our home too! We are proud parents of 4 grown children & 9 beautiful grandchildren ranging in ages 8-20! They live in Calabasas, CA, Richmond VA & Pittsburgh. All active in sports... too many to mention. When they are in Palmetto Bluff with us, there is something happening all the time. We all love it here!

Why they chose this property

There was something about 14 Parkman that just tugged at our hearts. The setting with huge magnolias, palm trees, camellias, the light filled rooms, overlooking the inland water and enough spaces where we can gather or chill with privacy. The children , even the little ones, can hop on their bikes and bike around the Village & Montage. It's something they can't do at their homes! The media room was a great selling point. We watch movies there together, have "Sea Island" Bingo nights. ( If you've been to Sea Island you will know what I mean.) The house is a true gem for friends and family gatherings.
During the quarantine, Magnolia was host to 4 different schools & 7 businesses of the family's! Yes, it's great for zoom meetings or actual meetings. Once you are here you don't want to leave the house with the red roof!

What makes this property unique

The corner lot location is perfect. Its on one of the largest lots in the Village but private, tucked away behind tall brick Savannah walls.
It's also one of the largest homes at 4300+ sq. feet! There is a main house with 2 large first floor master ensuites and a loft/ den on the second floor overlooking a 2 story living room. The loft/den can sleep 2 also.
There are so many gathering places both inside and outside of the house.
Because it is in the Village , you are at the heart of the festivities that Palmetto Bluff is excellent at providing.
Porching is a favorite pastime here in low country. The front porch is perfect with its h'aint blue ceiling and rocking chairs! The back veranda is where I love to sit with a great book & wine by the fireplace or have a relaxing time on the charming daybed swing right off the master ensuite.
