Guests have full access to the main floor and second floor. Please note: the basement unit is rented separately and is not accessible to guests. The backyard is not part of the rental space and is not available for guest use.

We want all guests to feel comfortable, safe, and at home during their stay. To help us maintain a clean and peaceful environment, please kindly follow these house rules:
No parties or events – This is a quiet, family-friendly home. Unauthorized gatherings, loud parties, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. A $800 + any damages or additional cleaning fees will be charged.
Shoes off indoors – Please remove your shoes inside the house to help keep the floors clean and in good condition.
No smoking – Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $800 fees will be charged once discovered.
No pets – We love animals, but unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly.
Respect quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM) – Be mindful of neighbors and other guests in the house.
Treat the home with care – Please report any damages or issues as soon as they occur.
