The property was very nice and spacious. Clean rooms. Master bathroom had poor drainage in the shower, and HVAC unit was on the louder side for a period of time, but other than that no issues.

Spacious home comfortable and cozy for large groups

Recently our group of 9 adults stayed at the beautiful Dunbar home. Rooms were all well appointed, comfortable beds. House is quiet, with multiple couples staying there was no issues with noise travelling. The kitchen is well appointed Ted and overall we had a very lovely stay.

Pros - 1. I appreciated being able to check into the house earlier than 4 pm. 2, The house was in a nice location. Cons - 1. The various codes for the doors were confusing. I recommend one code for all doors. 2. There was no remote for the garage door. As it was rainy, this was problematic. The description states that there was a remote but there wasn't. 3. We needed more sheet sets (no sheets for the pull out sofa) and towels and this required someone to actually come in the house to get the extra linens. 4. We communicated that the upstairs, master bathroom shower door hinges need to be replaced as we were concerned that the glass door would crack.
