Security Cameras

We have exterior security cameras are present for safety and remote guidance to guests as needed for a safe, enjoyable stay: located at the front entrance (covering steps), font of the property (sidewalk) and backyard access. They do not view inside the home, through windows, or private areas, and do not record audio. No indoor surveillance exists.

Other Things to Note

No parties, no loud music, no outside guests

Age Requirements (enforced)

Per borough Ordinance #179 the minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Park.

Trash Instructions:

Recyclables (bottles, cans, paper) go loose into the blue container

Bagged trash goes into the black container located in bin #2 under the stairs
