Exactly as described. Charming in town home with everything you need. Gayle and Susan could not have been nicer to us. The back deck with dining table and the awning is great. We ate all our meals out there surrounded by plants and flowers in a peaceful setting. Highly recommend. The Mansfield beach is really nice and very popular.

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at Bella Casa. We enjoyed having you visit. Manchester-by-the-Sea is a special place and Singing Beach is one of our favorites. Thank you for the 5 star rating!
We absolutely loved our stay at Bella Casa. The home itself is historic, charming, & beautiful. We had all the comforts of home. It is incredibly well maintained by the family who has owned it for generations. They could not do enough for us including brand new beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella & all. The deck/patio is gorgeous too , full of beautiful flowers and plants. We plan to return , hopefully many times!! Also, a beautiful and easy walk into town. Thank you to Susan & Gayle for being the perfect hosts.

Home away from home
Susan and Gayle went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. With a 2 year old and a 2.5month old we were able to bring a lot less thanks to them! The kitchen is fully loaded, oils, spices, pots, pans, plenty of dish-ware etc. The house was spotless and the beds are very comfy!Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, grocery and beach! And everything you’d need for the perfect beach day. The property is beautifully maintained, lush gardens, and a very cozy private back deck with a retractable awning allowing us to enjoy it even when it rained. There is a lot of love in this home and that makes it the perfect stay. This is not your normal cookie cutter rental, it’s a home away from home! Can’t wait to come back

I Stayed In A Painting
I enjoyed the heck out of my friend's Air B +B. The house is sweet, clean, and comfortable. The family who own it are big cooks, so those who want to cook can really knock themselves out in the kitchen. There's plenty of space and water pressure in the bathrooms, plus, a saucer sized shower head, with enough holes to understudy a cloud in a hard rain. The back porch has a retractable awning, so you can sit out when the sun is overhead, as well as a big table, and there are many brilliant flower beds. The small, oceanside town is walkable, and almost every home has gorgeous gardens. The walk from the house to the beach is about a mile, I think, and one passes by a handful of restaurants, a variety of small shops, and their giant postcard of a marina on the way there. I'm sure, if you are headed there, you already know that Singing Beach is stunning.
