Welcome to our cozy home! One spacious bedroom with a double size bed, big LCD TV and working table. Private dedicated bathroom on the hallway, microwave, mini fridge and over the counter oven are provided for simple meals. Spacious patio and beautiful flowers are in the backyard. Quiet community, close to restaurants,shopping centre and public swimming pools . Close to public transit (bus and sky train), easy access to Highway 1 and BC-91, 10 mins to Metrotown and 20mins to Vancouver Downtown.
Please note this is a shared room in our house, there is no separate entrance, you will share the same entrance, living room and dining room with our family members.
