This location is ideal for being central and car free. Union Station is minutes away . Also a streetcar stop is in front of the property. The rental space is a Private Ensuite unit, within an apartment unit. Your private space has a bedroom ,ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, a private Kitchen ,a living room with an 85 inch flat screen TV with Bose sound system, A spacious balcony and door with lock for Ensuite privacy. There is an area with in the Apartment that is a private area for exclusive usage of the Host. This property has a full Gym and outdoor/indoor pool open till 12:00 am. this a non smoking and vaping building on the apartment and common area’s. A Government ID , Legal Status in Canada and written email stating that your stay is only for the amount agreed upon in VRBO will be required prior to accept a reservation . The Place is loved by our guests due to the Beautiful Lake view, the Balcony , the super big 85” flat screen TV , the amenities of the property, the central location , where the most famous tourist spots are all walking distance from the property. I am happy to answer any further questions you may have .😊👍

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is the only place I could live. It has a beautiful SouthWest view of Lake Ontario. From inside or from the spacious balcony. In the evening the sunset 🌅 colours are visible in the sky and always a setting that is my favourite, The location could not be better. I a close to Union Station and can walk to or use the TTC to get there .
