Issues with the locks on the front door, the water in the shower dripping all night long. Issues with vrbo charges!

The Riverhouse was a very basic experience. Yes it was clean and walkable to town but essentially it's a cheaply renovated motel. I don't think we'd stay again for the price. Plus we were charged by VRBO and then *again* from the motel because they couldn't find our payment. I feel like if you (Riverhouse) are booking through VRBO then you should be able to know a head of time if our payment went through or not- instead of assuming and charging us twice. Still has not been resolved.
