The location was good for our needs. Almost had our car towed due to a mix-up on the vrbo site giving us the wrong parking spot but the host cleared it up immediately. Home is comfortable and very new.

Communication was average. Had to reach out the day of our trip.Because I didn't receive a code for the property. Then the code didn't work and ended up getting into the properly until an hour later. Property was nice. However, it's on a Main Street and a lot of traffice until 3am. Amenties could have been better. More dinnerware/cookingware and kerig didnt work properly. Is very close to everything though. of traffic until the

This is not the experience we aim to provide. At the time, the door code was not working due to temporary Wi-Fi issues, which also prevented me from receiving notifications, and we have since taken steps to help prevent this in the future. I appreciate your comments about the property itself and its convenient location close to local amenities. As noted in the listing, the home is conveniently located near a main street, which can result in some traffic noise, particularly during busier hours, but we understand this may not be ideal for all guests. Your feedback regarding the kitchen amenities has been noted. The Keurig was working properly prior to your stay; however, after checkout it was found to no longer be functioning at all and has since been scheduled for replacement. Thank you again for your review and for staying with us — your input helps us continue to improve the guest experience.

Were only 2 towels for 5 people, extra towels store bought, not washed brought at 10:55pm. Dishes were still in dishwasher, food stuck on them. Laundry left in dryer, food left in refrigerator. No where to put clothing, no hangers, had to live out of suitcases. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean with exception of the dishes in the dishwasher. And the smoke detector in the entrance way was covered with plastic.
