a perfect stay for the four of us, visiting family nearby. clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. we met Joe when we arrived and he welcomed us. we will not hesitate to book here again. thanks Joe!

We had an enjoyable stay. The property was as described with no issues. Easy private driveway, quiet neighborhood near groceries, food, and easy access to downtown Ottawa. Enjoyed the free coffee cups and appreciated the owner's quick communication. Nice outdoor area across from a colorfully lit church. One open outdoor area is right outside the owner's kitchen, the other is next to it with a little more seclusion. Enjoyed the outside flowers.

We enjoyed our stay! Joe is an awesome host- helpful and professional. Check in was smooth and the suites looked exactly as pictured. Cozy spot with comfortable bedding. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals during our stay. My family really enjoyed the tea! The location is great; quiet street, easy access to highway 417, shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Will definitely stay at the Santa Maria Suites again when we are in the area!

Jo was a fantastic host and a lovely guy. Everything was perfect, well appointed and very clean. A really comfy bed, good living space and plenty if parkingLocated in a small residential area it feels very safe. Short drive to supermarkets and restaurants. Great attention to detail in the property - probably the best property we have stayed in. Than you Joe

Joseph is a very nice and very helpful host. This surpisingly large unit is located on the basement level of Joseph's home and yet it is quite bright with lots of natural light. I was impressed with how well it was thought out...Joseph designed it and had it built just a couple of years ago. The furniture was thoughtfully picked out and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had lots of amenities. I usually travel with computers and other electronics...I could not help but notice that any time I looked around for an outlet, I found one right nearby. It was nice to have our own driveway too.
