A charming house for 6 people, ideal for family holidays, hikers, and skiers. A 3-star-rated holiday rental. A well-equipped house with a private terrace, offering a close-up experience of nature.
Many sports and recreational activities nearby: hiking, indoor swimming pool (2 km) or 20 km away in Remiremont or La Bresse, horseback riding centre (2 km), cinema, go-karting, quad bike tours, City Park.
Shops (bakery, butcher shop, newsstand, tobacco shop, hair salon, pharmacy) 2 km away.
The house features a private garden, a terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, children’s board games, and a slide…
Close to the greenway (2 minutes away), the Ballon d’Alsace (30 minutes), and the “Milles Étangs” area for lovely hikes. Visit the Hautes Mines, just 10 minutes away.
Close to the ski resorts of La Bresse and Gérardmer.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed (140/190), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop…), open to the living and dining area (flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial TV, DVD player), a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry area with a washing machine.

Upstairs are two adjoining bedrooms, one of which has a skylight, two single beds (90/190), and a foosball/pool table for children, and a second bedroom with a double bed (140/190) and a balcony. Baby amenities are available free of charge upon request (travel cot, changing pad, high chair, etc.).
Bed linens can be provided for an additional fee (€20 per double bed per stay & €10 per single bed per stay), and bath linens are available for an additional €30 per stay.

Security deposits to be paid in cash on the day of your arrival:
A cleaning deposit: 90€ (the deposit will be refunded if the property has been cleaned)
A damage deposit: 200€ (the deposit will be refunded if no damage is found).

Fijne vakantie gehad

Het huisje was eenvoudig, maar alles wat je nodig had, was er. Contact met de eigenaren verliep voortreffelijk. Zij wonen in het huis ernaast en zijn goed bereikbaar in geval van problemen. Problemen worden ook snel en effectief opgepakt. De afwasmachine ging kapot, maar dezelfde dag kregen we een nieuw exemplaar. De omgeving is prachtig. Watervallen, kloven, zwemmeren, bergtoppen, stadjes.... In de tuin is altijd wel ergens schaduw te vinden (of zon). Het zou fijn zijn als het tweepersoonsmatras binnenkort vervangen zou worden. Ondanks dat we de spiraalveren voelden, toch goed geslapen. We hebben genoten.

Il ne manquait que le soleil pour que notre séjour soit parfait La maison est très agréable, très propre et bien équipée. Nous y avons passé de bons moments en famille La propriétaire (et sa soeur) sont adorables et disponibles Nous gardons jalousement cette bonne adresse Encore merci pour tout

Très bon séjour

On a passé un agréable séjour. la maison contient tout ce dont on a besoin pour se sentir chez soi, rien ne manque! Les propriétaires sont présentes pour répondre à nos questions et discrètes en même temps. La localisation de la maison nous a permit de réaliser plusieurs excursions et visites intéressantes. je recommande sans hésiter cette location.

TRES BON SEJOUR

Très bon accueil, propriétaire à l'écoute, très sympathique et disponible. La maison est très agréable, nous y avons passé 2 semaines au calme en famille et nous avons fait de belles promenades dans les environs. Nous recommandons cette location.

SUPER POUR UN WEEK END AU VERT

Accueil super sympathique, maison très propre, et bien agencée, belle vue derrière la maison sur les Vosges. Deux Salons de jardin, l'un sous abri avec barbecue l'autre dans le jardin où l'on peut assister au lever du soleil sur les Vosges. Ideal pour un week end au "vert".
