Got off to a rough start with left over food in microwave! Counters were a mess- and having a toaster and baking pans delivered—- we settled in! There is lots to be done to make it welcoming on your part! But it is a lovely vacation home- spacious and quiet! We realize it’s a work in progress and help with a few items will be appreciated by future vacationers!

The house was big enough for my families needs. The host allowed us to check out late, and that was great. The neighborhood and location was awesome! The house on the other hand... it seemed to to be more of a fixer upper than a "vacation" rental.. knobs were missing off the kitchen cabinets, the bathtub in the main bedroom can't be used because it doesn't even have a plug, the bathroom sinks didn't drain, there were broken and cracked light switches, there is overspray on the furniture, the lack of kitchen utensils and equipment left us eating out everyday instead of cooking, 2 of the 3 T.V."s we couldn't even get to work right, the air conditioning controls won't allow you to cool the house lower than 75, the silver lining was that we were really only there to sleep. I'm sure there is more, but I'm sure you get the gist.. I would not rent here again.

We’re pleased to hear that the home’s size and location worked well for your family and that you enjoyed the flexibility of a late checkout. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us maintain a high-quality experience for our guests. Since your stay, we have installed the kitchen cabinet knobs and ensured the bathtub stopper is in place for the master bedroom. Our maintenance team has also replaced the damaged light switches and confirmed that the bathroom sinks are draining properly. Regarding the kitchen, there are two full sets of utensils and cookware available in the bottom drawers for guest use. To ensure a family-friendly environment, we provide a WiFi link for streaming rather than traditional cable, and while the AC is set to 75 degrees, we have provided fans in every room to keep the space breezy and comfortable. Thank you for helping us improve.
