Upon arrival we noticed no grass just dirt and construction. We checked in and ran in to use the downstairs bathroom. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned stains on seat urine and blood the garbage hadn't been taken out. A dirty sponge was on the sink no towels to wipe hands. We moved on to check out the house. Kitchen dirty counters garbage hadn't been emptied dishes dirty very limited dishes and utensils. The floors hadn't been cleaned we had to purchase

Thank yoi for your feedback John. 1st you didn't even stay in the property. Professional cleaners clean the property in between guests
And cleanliness is attested by other guests. You said you were hosting a speaker who would be there with her dog. Eventually we found out there were multiple guests and they had a party, left bottles of alcoholic drinks and cans everywhere. Then they get mad when we sent them pictures of their mess. I hope you are more transparent next time.
All of the above. I am sorry but I will never use your services again. Late check in. Had to rebook. Sidewalks all ice and driveway full of snow. The thermastat in the house was locked out at 17 degrees in minus 25 degrees outside. One pan and plastic cutlery. This host shouldn't be allowed to rent. Host completely unaware of their downfalls. VRBO personnel had no understanding of our situation and couldn’t give proper advice. Sorry I feel cheated after hours of explaining the situation on the phone. I have a good mind to alert the media.

Thank you for review. I want to state that you arrived the property on 19th Dec in the midst of a heavy downpour of snow in Calgary. Secondly, you tried to make payments to me directly and i insisted you have to go through the Virbo app. You repeatedly stated you could not proceed with your rebooking and would prefer to give me cash which i declined. The thermostat in the house can be adjusted to any temperature of your choice. If you had a problem operating it, i would have expected that you reach out because you texted and called me severally.
