Our single-storey mini-villa (38 sqm), which we rent with a parking space directly at the house, is ideally located: 20 m from the bread and newspaper shop, 80 m from the beach, 150 m from the town center, 250 m from the Kurpark / Kurmittelhaus and 1 . 000 m from the Ostseetherme, the largest sauna and swimming paradise in Ostholstein.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate three people and, in addition to the kitchen renovated in 2016 (4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster) and the modern bathroom, consists of two rooms: a living room with WiFi, CD / radio stereo, satellite -Stereo TV, and a large sofa that can be folded up to a double bed at normal sleeping height in an instant, as well as a dining room with a table for four to six people and a wall bed. The bright apartment is on the ground floor. The equipment includes a seating service with umbrella for an out-door breakfast under the linden tree, a clothes dryer, books and games, tips for trips, as well as two electric heaters and a radiator. Blankets and pillows are provided; Bed linen and towels must be brought.


Timmendorfer Strand is characterized by three colors: blue is the sea, white is the beach and green is the forest. In autumn they change color as the beautiful Baltic Sea changes color from silvery-blue to gray-pink when the sun goes down.
The largest forest near Timmendorf, which leads to Scharbeutz, is called 'Wohld' and is only 100 meters away from our little house - here you can make beautiful shady trips by foot or bike!

You can also sit in the shade in our small forecourt and on our house wall bench. This forecourt is spanned by the branches of a beautiful linden tree.
