I didn’t get a chance to stay at the property. Transportation became an issue and I had hoped to be refunded for the reservation.

This guest booked with short notice, then they had an issue, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund on check-in day. So the review is in retaliation for not being able to issue a refund on check-in day. We would have no chance to get it re-booked. We usually try to accommodate our guests but this was unreasonable. They didn't stay at the property.
