A great spot for a two family adventure. The basketball game on the deck was a hit - and the 2 kid size bunks made for fun sleepovers for the 4 kids. Double beds in the upstairs bedrooms made for cuddly sleeps for adults but the king with ensuite downstairs was a spacious treat. Kitchen and mudroom is fab with a clothes line just outside the door. Beach chairs/umbrella/towels good quality. Screened in deck is nearly soundproof from the indoor living space so that’s a plus. An easy walk to Ross lane beach is always a positive for us. We had a great stay.

This property was good for me and my family of 5. Lots of space for us. We liked all the games and basketball hoop. The screened in outdoor area. Having beach towels, chairs available was great. Proximity to the beach was awesome. Just a few things for the rating, the biggest being the master bath water pressure.Otherwise, great stay and would recommend.

Overall, we had a nice stay at this property. The location is great in a nice area of Stanhope close to beaches, bay, and restaurants.The one significant issue was the air conditioning. The main AC units were not working during our stay, and we speculate window units were installed as a temporary solution. Unfortunately, they were not installed properly, leaving gaps around the units. During a rainstorm on our final night, hundreds of mosquitoes entered the bedrooms through those openings.If the air conditioning is repaired or the window units are properly installed and sealed, this would be a much more enjoyable rental. We appreciated the location and overall property, but this issue had a noticeable impact on the end of our stay.
