We were confused at check in by the identical building next door. That triggered a continual series of emails from the neighbour to the owner, then from the owner to us, that blamed us for, basically having kids. The neighbour used their surveillance camera to complain nearly every time we walked past. It got to the point that we walked around the block to avoid that neighbour! The house was as described, bath needed cleaning, but don't bother staying there unless you want to be spied upon. Also it is far to get to Tokyo, about 1 hour train ride each way. If you have kids it is a long ride each time you want to go out. This was the worse Tokyo visit we ever experienced.
