Located on the second and last floor of the residence accessible by lift, the flat is as follows:

- Bright living room, thanks to its bay windows opening onto the balcony, equipped with a relaxation area with two sofas (including a double sofa bed), coffee table and TV; and a dining area with a glass dining table for 6 guests.
- Separate fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, stand-up table with 2 stools.
- Bedroom 1 has a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and a work area with a small desk and removable air conditioning.
- Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and removable air conditioning.
- A shower room with a walk-in shower, bidet, WC.
- Separate WC, washing machine.

The exterior:
- A 25 m² balcony, south-west facing with a view of the residence's garden, furnished with a dining table and 2 chairs.

Saint-Raphaël is a pretty southern town appreciated for its climate and its notable quality of life, you will be able to enjoy both the charm of the Mediterranean sea on one side and the authentic hinterland on the other. A range of land and sea activities are available to you during your stay: take advantage of the many golf courses in the region; discover the Estérel massif, a preserved natural site, by taking the many flowery hiking trails! On the seaside, try your hand at the water sports activities offered by the region: boat trips, paddling, jetskiing, diving... Land and sea intermingle in the region but culture lovers will not be left out: many museums can be visited including the Louis de Funès Museum!
