Logement correspond Ă  l’annonce. Bon accueil. Les propriĂ©taires habitent au dessus mais sont trĂšs discrets. Nous avons pu venir avec notre petit chien en toute sĂ©curitĂ© car le jardin est totalement clos. Un bĂ©mol sur l’emplacement; obligation de toujours prendre la voiture Pas de possibilitĂ© d’avoir du linge mĂȘme avec un supplĂ©ment.

Vacances excellentes

Vacances formidables chez Annie. Excellent accueil. TrĂšs bonnes relations avec les propriĂ©taires. Ceux ci sont d'une discrĂ©tion absolue. Mon Ă©pouse et moi avions mĂȘme l'impression que nous Ă©tions chez nous. La piscine est magnifique ainsi que notre logement. Description plus que conforme. Nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir. Annie et Jean Louis ne changeaient rien. Pour nous tout Ă©tait parfait. Au plaisir de vous revoir.

Sehr ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von St. RaphaĂ«l, man ist mit dem Auto aber schnell in der Stadt. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Alles zum tĂ€glichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Ein schöner Außenbereich mit Tisch, StĂŒhlen und Liegen laden zum Verweilen ein. Am Swimmingpool gibt es ebenfalls Liegen zur Benutzung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, BĂ€ckerei) in kurzer Entfernung. Annie ist eine liebe Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Vavances formidables

Un grand merci Ă  Annie pour son hospitalitĂ©e spontanĂ©e et son accueil si chaleureux dans un cadre bucolique proche du centre ville,du bord de mer et des commerces . Le logement est fonctionnel,propre et moderne.l’espace jardin privĂ© idĂ©al, le top c’est la grande piscine. Je recommende fortement ! On s’y sent comme Ă  la maison. Corinne et Alain.

Schönes Ferienapartment mit sehr netter Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen in einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Wohngebiet. Bei Ankunft wurden wir von einem Nachbarn empfangen der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er versuchte uns so gut es geht alles zu erklĂ€ren und gab uns eine Liste mit den am nĂ€chsten gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz um alles zu verstauen, die KĂŒche ist ebenfalls mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Terasse lĂ€dt zum gemĂŒtlichen Essen und verweilen ein. Der Pool ist wunderbar, gepflegt und jederzeit nutzbar gewesen. Allerdings befindet dieser sich nicht direkt im „angrenzenden, eigenen Garten“ sondern ist ĂŒber eine kleine Treppe erreichbar. Annie ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, sie stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie war prĂ€sent bei Fragen und Hilfegesuch, trotzdem sehr diskret. Bei Restaurantreservierungen hat sie uns geholfen da wir leider kein französisch sprechen. Allgemein eine sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin. Die VerstĂ€ndigung war leider etwas schwierig, Google Übersetzer hat dieses Problem jedoch etwas ĂŒberbrĂŒckt. Allgemein war es fĂŒr uns und unsere Hunde ein sehr angenehmer und entspannender Aufenthalt und wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Annie fĂŒr 2 schöne Wochen â˜ș

Very spacious property, the garden and pool was amazing. Everything anyone would need for a short stay is supplied in the house, we stayed for over a month and had no complaints. Anne and Louie were great hosts, we would definitely stay here again.

Eher enttÀuschend

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Vermieterin leider verreist, ein erfahrener Freund sollte uns begrĂŒĂŸen. Nach einer unerwartet langen Reise wurden wir von einem Ă€ußerst unfreundlichen GĂ€rtner empfangen, der uns lediglich einen SchlĂŒsselbund hastig ĂŒbergab mit der Frage, ob wir irgendein Problem hĂ€tten, woraufhin er mit der Bemerkung verschwand, dass er um 22h schlafen will. Wir mussten uns also zunĂ€chst allein zurecht finden. Die Vermieterin, die wir spĂ€ter kennengelernt haben, war recht prĂ€sent, hat sich bemĂŒht, freundlich zu wirken. Immerhin wurde nach drei Tagen das WLAN-Problem schon mal gelöst. Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig und bietet insgesamt viel Stauraum, die Möbel sind jedoch teils in die Jahre gekommen. Mit der Matratze hatten wir ein Problem: sie ist sehr weich, man versinkt quasi darin, sodass mich schon nach zwei Tagen RĂŒckenschmerzen plagten. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet, es fehlen jedoch teils selbstverstĂ€ndliche Sachen: So gibt es zwar eine SpĂŒlmaschine, Tabs, KlarspĂŒler und sogar Salz waren jedoch zu unserer großen Überraschung nicht vorhanden. Es gab auch nur 3 Kaffeebecher, obwohl die Wohnung fĂŒr 6 Personen gedacht ist. Die Terrasse ist wirklich toll und bietet viele gemĂŒtliche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Im SpĂ€tsommer war sie allerdings nach kurzer Zeit von FeigenblĂ€ttern und -FrĂŒchten bedeckt, was besonders nach dem Regen kein schöner Anblick ist, vor allem da die BlĂ€tter in die Wohnung gelangen. Der Pool ist erfrischend, ob man ihn in der direkten Lage am Meer tĂ€glich nutzen möchte, bleibt jedem selbst ĂŒberlassen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll: 3 km zum Meer, in direkter NĂ€he befindet sich ein BiogeschĂ€ft und ein BĂ€cker. Es ist insgesamt leise. FĂŒr den Hund fehlten uns in der NĂ€he jedoch kleinere AuslaufflĂ€chen: es ist ein Wohngebiet, der Wald befindet sich zwar direkt hinter der Terrassenmauer (man kann nachts sogar gelegentlich die Wildschweine hören), es gibt jedoch keinen direkten Zugang zum Wald. Was wirklich ĂŒberdacht werden mĂŒsste ist die Einfahrt: das Parken gestaltet sich recht schwierig, da die Einfahrt schmal und dazu noch völlig dunkel ist und seitlich an der Wand große Blumentöpfe platziert sind. So ist leider schon am ersten Tag ein Blumentopf geplatzt, den wir vor Ort ersetzt haben. Der Abschied war sehr enttĂ€uschend: Obwohl die Zimmer gesaugt und aufgerĂ€umt, die KĂŒche samt Herd und KĂŒhlschrank gereinigt wurden, störte die Vermieterin ein kleiner Fusel auf dem Badteppich. Wer sucht, der findet.

Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig und bietet viel Lagerraum. Die Ausstattung ist vollstĂ€ndig, alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden, in jeder Hinsicht. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Außenbereich bietet viel Platz, Ruhe, Entspannung. Toller Pool! Liebe, aufmerksame und hilfreiche Vermieter, die sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich fĂŒr jeden Bedarf ansprechbar sind. Kurze Wege zu Strand, Einkauf, AusflĂŒgen. Accueil sympathique des propriĂ©taires qui sont disponibles pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions et, en mĂȘme temps, trĂšs discrets. L'appartement de style provençale, bien que rustique, dispose de tout le nĂ©cessaire. Salle de bain moderne, chambre spacieuse avec, hĂ©las pour nous, un lit en 140... L'espace cuisine mĂ©riterait un rajeunissement: il manque un plan de travail et un coup de jeune sur la vaisselle, les casseroles et certains appareils (cafetiĂšre, grille-pain et aspirateur) rendrait l'ensemble de la location impeccable. Petit jardin intime bien agrĂ©able. Parking facile dans la propriĂ©tĂ©. Pour nous qui Ă©tions avec notre gros nounours (un terre-neuve), c'Ă©tait une chouette location, facile Ă  vivre.

Fantastischer Ort der Erholung

Nach einer langen Anteise wurden wir von sehr freundlichen Vermietern empfangen und trafen auf eine fantastische Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage mit all der Ausstattung, die wir uns wĂŒnschten. Zentral inmitten aller Hotspots zwischen San Tropez, Cannes, Nizza, Monaco bis Menton, dennoch ruhig zurĂŒckgezogen in stiller Natur, konnten wir entspannt die östliche CĂŽte d'Azur erleben und uns danach immer wieder im fantastischen Haus ausruhen mit lesen und schwimmen im Pool. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor Ort vorhanden. Nicht nur wir, sondern auch unser Hund haben sich fantastisch erholt. Einziges Manko, wenn man etwas anmerken will, es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Wer TV haben muss, sollte gut französisch sprechen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Annie und Daniel. Ganz besonderen Dank zusĂ€tzlich fĂŒr die Englischkenntnisse von Daniel. Bitte macht weiter so, lieben Gruß auch an die liebenswerten Nachbarn, es war einzigartig, Dankeschön

Un trÚs bon séjour

Arrivés le 25 octobre dans la soirée, pour une semaine. Je peux dire que celle-ci a été trÚs agréable. Des propriétaires gentils, présents tout en étant discrets. Un endroit calme et reposant. Une semaine vraiment super. Moment idéal pour visiter les environs sans qu'il y ait la foule de l'été : la croisette à Cannes, l'Italie, Monaco, les plages environnantes... Merci pour ce moment de détente agréable. Fabienne et les enfants (Charlotte, Grégory, Amélia et Dylan)
