About this property

Great Home with open fireplace and sauna right at the lake

Phantastic vacation house right by the lake with own private beach.

The villa offers great views over the lake from many rooms. The size of the house is roughly 1300 sqft on two levels. The basement has a huge living- & dining area with an open kitchen. From the living room you can see the lake and step out on the huge terrace with further great views overlooking the water. Besides there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the basement. In the upper floor there are three more bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms in this floor offer panorama views over the lake.
Two bathrooms have floor heating. Also from the separated sauna you can enjoy great lake views.
The house is ideal for two families however our guests and their motivation are manifold: summer vacation, city travelers, hiking groups, wellness, relaxing, romantic cocooning, family gatherings, Leipzig fair visitors, project work, board meetings, seminars, outings or a combination.
The lake house is attractive at any season: swimming in summer, nature is spring and autumn and wellness with sauna, cold water and open fire in wintertime.
We believe in offering a unique combination of high class living at an outstanding location with options of pure nature as well as neighborhood of a great city like Leipzig and less than an hour drive to Berlin.

Ein tolles Haus! Ich war schon mehrere Male am Mühlfeldsee...immer in super Häusern aber dieses hier besticht durch seinen Pool. Wirklich toll. Auch der Kamin und die Aufteilung der Zimmer sind sehr schön. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend. Ich persönlich finde es immer schöner, wenn die Betten bei Anreise schon bezogen sind aber damit kann man sich natürlich gut arrangieren :-) Vielen Dank!

Whirlpool war warm und konnte direkt genutzt werden. Es waren ein paar Gebrauchsspurenim Haus selbst erkenntlich. Ich denke da kann man mit wenigen griffen viel optimieren.

Tolles Haus, sauber und die Vermietung sehr nett.Nur die Strandbilder täuschen etwas und die Bilder müssten mal aktualisiert werden. Man hat einen kleinen Garten mit Strandabschnitt, aber man hat keinen Sandstrand wie auf den Bildern und man kann auch nicht am Strand spazieren gehen. Das hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt aber schön war es trotzdem.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und waren auch sofort zur Stelle, wenn man eine Frage hat. Der Strandabschnitt und die Holzterrasse könnte etwas gepflegt werden, aber ansonsten war alles super. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Gerne wieder!

Bis auf zwei Kleinigkeiten ist das Haus wirklich top. Die Terrasse ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man reißt sich sehr häufig Spieße in die Füße, Schrauben stehen hoch und teilweise bricht das Holz bereits so sehr, dass Löcher entstehen - sollte dringend erneuert werden. Bei unserem Aufenthalt startete der Rasenmäher-Roboter um 19.00 Uhr mit seiner Arbeit, die Kinder konnten somit nicht in der Wiese spielen. Aber ich denke, dieses Problem kann schnell gelöst werden, ist ja nur eine Einstellungssache. Außerdem war leider ein Sonnenschirm kaputt.

Der Zugang zum See war einfach super. Allerdings ist die Holzterasse in einem schlechten Zustand. Wir hatten mehrfach Schliffer im Fuß und einmal musste er bei unserem 5 jährigen sogar chirurgisch entfernt werden.

Einfach toll

Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal dort und es war wieder sehr schön. Das Haus hat zwar doch schon etwas gelitten seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt, was aber nicht verwundert bei ständiger Belegung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Fam. Berger war immer erreichbar bei Rückfragen. Allein die Lage am See, der Whirlpool und das Haus gleichen das ein oder andere aus. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus aber teure Extras

Das Haus und die Lage am Wasser sind sehr schön. Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wissen sollte man, dass für Strom extra gezahlt werden soll, was bei der Buchung so nicht nachvollziehbar war. Im Haus selber läuft aber alles mit Strom (Heizung, Warmwasser, Pool etc.) daher sollte zum stolzen Preis des Hauses noch mit einer hohen Stromrechnung im Nachgang gerechnet werde . Am Abreisetag wird der Gast dann unhöflich aus dem Haus durch die Reinigungskräfte gedrängt. Unstimmigkeiten bei der Abrechnung werden abgetan und auf Nachfragen nicht eingegangen. Insgesamt daher leider ein getrübtes Vergnügen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Die wichtigsten Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden.
