Additional amenities include in-unit laundry and access to a rooftop recreational deck with BBQ facilities and a plunge pool, providing a peaceful outdoor space with city views.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, but facilities are shared with residents and other guests.

CAR PARK ACCESS:

The parking garage is located next to Padre, with access from Hope Street, and the building entrance is located next to El Planta.

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check-in will be done by the Reception Team at Ivy and Eve Apartments. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.
