Kitchen & Dining: Cook with ease using Whirlpool appliances: microwave, electric range, fridge, and dishwasher. A Keurig-style coffee maker, knives, and cooking tools are stocked for you. The raised bar counter has four stools for meals or late-night chats, and the round dining table seats 4 with an expandable leaf for larger dinners.

Bedroom 1 (Queen): This cozy queen bedroom features terracotta curtains framing the window, a wall mirror for quick outfit checks, and a sliding-door closet with shelving to neatly store your belongings.
Primary Bedroom (King Suite): The king suite is bright and cheerful with bold mustard curtains, a mounted Smart TV above a sleek console, and a full-length mirror leaning against the wall. A spacious closet keeps everything organized, and the Jack & Jill bathroom connects directly for added convenience.
Bedroom 2 (Queen): This queen room has a modern black slatted bed frame with crisp white linens and houndstooth accent pillows. Soft gray curtains ensure restful nights, while matching nightstands and a round wall mirror add comfort and style.
Bedroom 3 (Queen): With a wide double window dressed in cream curtains, this queen bedroom is full of natural light during the day but can easily be darkened at night. A roomy closet with sliding doors makes unpacking easy, while striped accent pillows add an earthy touch to the crisp bedding.

Scooters (Lime & Bird), as well as Lyft and Uber, are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
