The home is fully fenced, providing peace of mind for families with parking for up to 3 cars. Inside, you’ll find generous living areas, a well-equipped kitchen (including microwave and Ninja blender) and modern bathrooms, including a corner spa for indulgent relaxation.

Enjoy a morning coffee or brunch at The Black Bird café, or indulge at The Winey Cow and after your morning coffee, one of the best beaches in Port Phillip Bay is a mere 5-10 minutes walk from the property.

From sandy beaches and the bustling harbour to local markets, galleries, and wineries, there’s something for everyone. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. If you are unsure about any of the above policies or have any questions we would appreciate it if you send us a message and do not use the instant book function.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
