Layout of house and proximity to the beach is perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to share with a couple of families. Also lots of seating space inside and on the deck

Disliked: Listing accuracy
The house was reasonably clean except for the dishes and utensils. The house is dated but functional. The dining table was very nice, accomadating our group. The hot tub was very nice. THERE IS NO POOL...VERY disappointing. There are plenty of community pools but no private one at the house. I must not have read closely on that one. The closeness to the ocean was wonderful.
