There were people on the lower level, and we were not made aware that they would be there. They had access to our area, but we did not have access to them. We could hear them, but we never saw them. Also, the ceiling fans and light worked half the time on the 1st level. The light on the 1st deck did not work.

This house was all in all perfect for me and my husband to take a last minute mini vacation! The only complaint i have is the AC system/downstairs fan. It was hot most of the stay except in the living room. The bedroom fan would randomly just turn off - but we just moved an extra fan into the room and it was fine! It seemed by our check out day (day4) upstairs was nice and cool & the bedroom stayed pretty cool! Otherwise we had zero issues or complaints. Will definitely be back for a mini getaway!
