Welcome to one of the best locations in Solana beach! If you like to leave your car this is a great place to relax, walk or rent a bike and explore. 10-15 minute walk to beautiful local beaches and 5 minutes to San Elijo Nature Lagoon. Cafes and shops on Cedros Ave all within walking distance. Sunny, serene, and private cottage with kitchen and bath, as well as outdoor space for relaxing

Cosy one bedroom guest cottage that is approximately 450 sq feet in area. It is located off the street in a lush garden setting and is very quiet and peaceful. We are located in Solana Beach where each home and street is unique.

The studio has a King bed, private bathroom, comfortable seating area and desk/dining area. The kitchen comes with a single stove top and microwave, glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, etc..There is also Apple TV but no cable. Located within walking distance of beaches, restaurant and bars, Solana Beach Design District, Del Mar Race Track, and more! Parking will not be a problem with one dedicated private parking space and plenty of street parking.

*Please note: There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze.

Owners have one dog on the property.

Great place to escape winter

We decided to escape the Michigan winter in San Diego this year. This was a great place to do so. The place is newly updated, clean, and well appointed. Kitchen is small, but enough for 2 people to make easy meals. Nice area for long walks, good restaurants, and easy access to train or freeways. Enjoyed our month in Solana Beach.

Perfection

Emma and John are wonderful hosts who respect your privacy yet are available for any need. Their little cottage is a home away from home with all the comforts and convenience you could ask for. I especially loved the abundance of trees and flowers and the hummingbirds that live there. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Fantastic, everything we were hoping for

This space had everything we needed for our 30+ day stay and was in a great location, just a 10-15 min walk to the beach and local shops. Our hosts, John & Emma, were very helpful and responsive at all times. We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend to our friends.
