Pet-Friendly 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse at Sunset Beach, NC

This large Sea Trail townhouse with 3 bedrooms(2 with kings & 1 with 2 doubles (sleeps 8) and 3 bathrooms is located at Sunset Beach (1 mile from the beach) and overlooks one of the resorts 3 signature golf courses, "The Maples".
This townhouse is fully furnished and equipped with a 2 kitchens (dishes, pots & pans, microwave, coffee pot, stove, oven and dishwasher), 2 dining areas, 2 living rooms with a TV and VCR and/or DVD player, and 2 washer and dryers.
Rates include bed and bath linens, departure cleaning, utilities, WiFi, and condo parking.
The Resort Village Activity Center has a outdoor and indoor pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, and a workout room that are all available to guests for an additional fee that is NOT included in your rental rates.
For Golfers, Sea Trail features 3 Championship golf courses. The Myrtle Beach area has more than 100 golf courses to call for a tee time!!
For Beach lovers, you are just a few minutes away from Sunset's sandy beaches. You can build sand castles, fly kites, walk, run, or ride bikes.
For Families, there are many putt-putt courses within the area, a Planetarium at Sunset Beach, A Museum at Ocean Isle Beach, and Ripley's Aquarium and Broadway at the Beach at near by Myrtle Beach.
During the summer months (June, July, and August), there is a Saturday to Saturday 7 day rental requirement. All other times, there is a 3 night minimum stay.
Check-In time is 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am.
We are pet friendly, however, your pet MUST be approved by the owner prior to arrival. There is a $100.00 pet fee that is not refundable! Please understand that our cleaning staff has to do extra work for our next guests that might be allergic to pets.

Amazing property

This property is one word... amazing! It has plenty of room for your family or friends, yet feels cozy and comfy at the same time. It's location was perfect and my family can't wait to visit again

We purchased this property in July of 2020!! We both love the beach, so it was a no brainer!! Sunset Beach is our favorite place on earth!! We hope you come to visit!

Why they chose this property

Tommy's parents have a place on the Intercoastal Waterway near the Sunset Bridge. We love coming to their house and fishing off of their dock. We have rented at Sea Trail a few times for family reunions and fell in love with the resort. So, when this property became available, we knew we had to have it! We have 2 precious 4 legged babies that we do not get to bring with us when we visit Tommy's parents. So, now they get to make the trip with us!! We are so excited about this new adventure in our lives!! We hope if you choose to stay with us, that you enjoy your stay. If something isn't right, please let us know and we will fix it before you come again!!

What makes this property unique

Sea Trail Golf Resort has 3 wonderful golf courses!! They also have several restaurants within the property. The Jones/Byrd Clubhouse has the Magnolia's Restaurant, the Maple's Clubhouse has Brassie's Pub, and House's Place is new to the resort. On Sunset Beach there is Maverick's, Crabby Oddwater's, and The Boat Landing Restaurants. A few miles down the road at Ocean Isle Beach there are several more unique little restaurants. Sharky's Ocean Isle Fish Company, and The Isle's Restaurant.
