The Baltic Sea on your doorstep with 2 balconies and WiFi

Welcome to the apartment Seagull in Osteebad Nienhagen. This quiet apartment is accessible to traffic. It is furnished to modern about 70 m² and has 2 balconies. The house has an elevator and outdoor parking spaces for bicycles are available, also central washer-dryer in the basement for a fee.

On request we are happy to provide children's high chair and cot available.
The following amenities can be found in our 3-room non-smoking apartment:
- Kitchen with sofa bed, TV, DVD player, dining area with baby chair
- Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and baby travel cot
- Children's room with sofa bed (for 2 children or adults) with TV with DVD player
There is underfloor heating in all rooms.

The nearby Warnemünde and the golf course, you can easily and on the hiking. Reach cycling path along the sea. Trips to Kuehlungsborn and Heiligendamm are also gladly done by our visitors.

Die Lage der Fewo ist für Ruhesuchende ideal. Auf Grund der Farbe der Fußbodenfliesen (schwarzstrukturiert) sieht man jedes Staubkrümel. Das Negative im Moment ist der gesperrte Strandabgang, so dass man nicht auf kurzem Weg zum Strand kann. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber beeinträchtigt insgesamt das Erlebnis Fewo Seemöwe. Hier muss man sich ebenfalls selbst um die Kurtaxe kümmern, obwohl der Vermieter lt. Auskunft Kurverwaltung dafür zuständig ist.

Top Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche da. Uns hat die Aufteilung der Räume der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, der Kleiderschrank in den jeweiligen Schlafzimmern war geräumig und das Bad bot viel Platz. Der Blick vom Balkon, welcher von der Küche ausging, war ok, aber wir waren viel unterwegs und das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Lediglich die Hellhörigkeit störte uns etwas. Wir hörten abends immer, wenn jmd das Objekt im Treppenhaus betrat bzw die Feriengäste über uns durch die Wohnung tippelte (Familie mit 4 Kids). Die Lage war optimal. Fußläufig konnten wir die Steilküste erreichen und Höhnergötter suchen. Mit dem Auto hatten wir es nicht weit nach Warnemünde oder Kühlungsborn. Auf dem Weg dahin gibt es Möglichkeiten einzukehren und regionale Küche oder auch international zu genießen. Wir kommen wieder nach Nienhagen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es war auch schön ruhig und man ist in 5minuten an der Steilküste. Baden kann man da aber nicht. Einziger Makel, der mich gestört hat: die geliehene Bettwäsche könnte neuer und in einem besseren Zustand sein. 20€ pro Person fand ich hier nicht angemessen.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage

Eine sehr schöne, hochwertig möblierte und ausgestattete Wohnung. Auch die verwendeten Baustoffe wie Fliesen, Struckturputz, Türen sind sehr ansprechend. Der Spiegelschrank im Schlafzimmer war „husch husch“ feucht abgewischt worden, das hätte man besser gelassen, denn so wirkte er verschmiert. Die tolle große Dusche in dem ebenfalls sehr wertigen Bad war auch mit Hilfsmittel gut zu benutzen. W-LAN lief stabil. Der Kontakt mit dem Hausmeisterservice lief angenehm und reibungslos. Alles in allem ein wirklich schönes Objekt.

Schöne Lage

Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Lage. Keine 10 Minuten zum Kiesstrand. Die Wohnung ist optimal genutzt und könnte mir gut vorstellen dort noch mal hinzufahren, wenn die Kinder größer sind z.b.
