Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
All properties have a ring doorbell adjacent to the entry door for exterior security.
No Smoking.
No smoking in the condo, garage, exterior decks, or stairwell - if you smoke, go outside the front of the building.
No pets allowed.
No events, parties, or large gatherings.
You must be 25 years old to book.
Please report any damage to guest contact and the platform you booked through.

To maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the condominium, mountain bikes, skis, snowboards, ski boots, and all other recreation equipment are strictly prohibited inside the unit.

Turn off all lights, appliances, and ceiling fans, and lock the windows and door as you depart.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
