This is a condominium with good bones, in need of love.

Very dirty

The apartment was very, very dirty. Baseboards were caked with dust, floors were dirty, old broken toys and a pair of dirty socks in one of the upstairs closets, and the furniture was outdated and, in some cases like with the dining chairs and stool in the living room, broken (seats not attached to the base). Overall, the unit was just gross. We had an issue with our vehicle the first night due to all the ice and snow as well. Management responded that night, but I called the next day to follow up on some questions on parking and never heard back. I also left a review on the property managers site but see they didn’t post it, so the listing is deceptive as they’re only positive positive reviews.

Lovely view

This property is conveniently located close to the Sugar Mountain resort. It was quite with a lovely view. Unfortunately, it has not been well maintained. Appliances were functional, but in disrepair. There was clear water damage and smell of mildew in the house. With a little maintenance this could be a great place.

Great place to stay

The condo had everything you needed. The view of grandfather mountain from the deck was great. The resturants in banner elk were very good. I recommend this condo if you like the mountains and fresh air.
